Support coordination services are provided by qualified staff members.
Minimum education and experience requirements are a Bachelor's degree
and at least two years experience working with individuals who have developmental disabilities.
We recognize that compatibility of the Consumer and their support coordinator is a significant factor in
communication and overall program effectiveness.
Each individual Support Coordinator
fully utilizes local, state, federal, and community resources to provide services needed and desired by the Consumer.
Support Coordinators and/or
their supervisors are available to each Consumer on a twenty-four (24) hour per day, three hundred sixty-five (365) day per
year basis.
It is our belief that our careful screening criteria, pre-service training and sensitivity to Consumer
preferences enhance the understanding and achieving of Consumer goals.
